Our room was decent sized and spotless with a flat screen cable TV and Wi-Fi. It was overlooking the canal the view was great.

Clean property with nice staff in all possible manner. Great location in a pretty comfortable area near the bus terminal, the bus stop and better areas. Besides, excellent for visiting a stone arch bridge.

The location is absolutely perfect, 1 km from a wide canal. The staff is accommodating and exceptionally nice. Its rooms are decent sized with the 'professional' photographs, color-coordinated decorations, as for instance for a really enjoyable stay.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory with a `` cooked '' option and a `` cooked '' option which consisted of scrambled eggs and delicious Italian coffee, couldn't have asked for more. Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Venice.

Functional place for a visit to Venice, it has magnificent location to all the key areas and great services. Strongly recommend staying to others.

Our hotel was in a good location, not far from a bus station. The place was just next door to Venice downtown.

Beautifully maintained and tidy units with larger windows, 3 single beds, as example. Marvellous and peaceful location just off Venice and the Grand Canal, a gondola and a canal showing the charm of Venice, FINE food.

When I am in Venice, I like staying here. Unique exceptionally clean property, it has amazingly nice and accommodating staff in all possible manner. The location is magnificent, at a moderate distance from a wide canal. It's in the nice quiet area which is another bonus.

A huge variety of food at breakfast like fruit juice, slices of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and cheese.

Excellent shower facility, helpful staff, ideal location near train station and boat stops, great value, spacious and cozy room.

i was very dissapointed!!! first of all photos are very misleading for this hotel !!!second of all the stuff wasnt helpfull at all..when i asked for the tele commande they said at first at they cant do anything because maybe somebody took it..and when i insisted they were ironic...the room was very very poor for the money we gave..its not 3 stars!!!! the only good thing was the breakfast..

Thoroughly enjoyed the double room I had with 3 single beds and large radiators plus a shared bathroom. The location was great, just 5 min walk from a stone arch bridge.
